We were pleasantly surprised with the upgraded apartment at Cheval Thorney. It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette, dryer, and air conditioning. The staff, especially Rupanjali and Shweta at the front desk, were super helpful and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a grocery store nearby. The high ceilings and large windows in our room were jaw-dropping, and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The whole staff, including Gurpreet and Richa, provided amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing accommodation for our future London trips!

Everything you need for celebrating birthday is there waiting for you. The apartment offers a separate bedroom with an extremely comfy bed.

The apartment was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The spacious and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the shower room was a good size. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcomed, especially the way they treated our pets. The neighborhood was conveniently located near public transport and main attractions.

The elevator was out of order for the duration of our stay, which meant climbing three flights of stairs every time we came or went. The lighting in the master bathroom was inadequate, making it difficult to do hair and makeup.

The accommodation was new located really close to London, and Kensington, that's what I was expecting. It was great in the middle of the city. I enjoyed the staff, they're affable and always attentive. A dryer, bath sheets, and slippers were provided. The building was gorgeous.

It was great and particularly good in the middle of the city. We could enjoy views of the park.

Staff was helpful and very efficient despite our late arrival. Though we didn't like the bed, it was too small, we had an incredible stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Lexham Gardens. The central air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the August heat. The unit was modern and clean, with a fully functional kitchen and comfortable beds. The location is safe and convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The staff was kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The shared lobby and gym were stylish and well-maintained, and the daily servicing of the units was a rare find. a fantastic stay!
